Our
Philosophy: “To enhance the property values of our
Association clients while providing a harmonious living environment
for the community.” We do this by being devoted exclusively
to the professional management and accounting of Condominiums &
Homeowner Associations with personal focus. The owners, Chuck and
Nicole Swift, possess 40 years of combined experience, and manage
the associations. When you talk to your manager, you are going straight
to the top.
How
We Got Started: As property managers and contractors for
other organizations, we have learned that the single most common
complaint from community associations about their management firm
was “lack of service and/or responsiveness”. We found
that quite frustrating, as “service” is our primary
function. Hence, we took it upon ourselves in our jobs to be committed
to providing “extraordinary service above and beyond the call
of duty.” Our reputations preceded us and we were contacted
by a few upscale management companies to work independently for
them providing property management and/or property accounting services.
Referrals continued to open up to us through word of mouth and our
reputation, allowing us to officially incorporate and start our
own organization. Today, we have duplicated our ethics and professionalism
and have our own professional team of individuals who provide extraordinary
property management services.
About
Our Services:

Physical – We strive to maintain our associations
in a first class condition in order to maintain overall appeal
and to protect the property values of the community. Preventative
maintenance is discussed with the Board and then established in
the annual budget. Scheduled and Non-Scheduled maintenance is
done in the most cost-efficient manner possible.

Financial – We place great emphasis on our accounting
and our proven ability to manage our client’s funds. All
accounts are managed by a network computer system utilizing Yardi
Software Systems, a leading property management software, which
meets and exceeds the standards developed by the Institute of
Real Estate Management (IREM® ). Incorporated with Yardi’s
powerful performance is its capability of customizing reports,
allowing us to sort, summarize and arrange a variety of data customized
to meet your associations needs. In order to protect against theft,
fire or other natural disaster, our network is backed up on a
daily basis and computer records are stored offsite in a safety
deposit box on a bi-weekly basis.
